Meditation in Islam added to the teachings of Islam takes you on a spiritual journey into the garden of your soul. It is the ending of all that is old and the beginning of all that is new. Filled with love, the garden of your soul becomes a beautiful place to visit. In Islam, those who meditate with closed eyes and visit the garden of their soul are know as sufis. As they plant their seeds and harvest their garden they are raised up to a heavenly position. We all have a divine inheritence that is referred to as a spark of light within. During meditation this light can be seen by the eyes of the soul. In a state of Islam (Surrender) this light manifests itself, clearing away and dispersing unwanted weeds within the garden of the soul. Reflecting within, through prayer and meditation is the key to establishing a direct and personal conversation with God. Sometimes our life’s lessons cause us to forget about our divine inheritence and our inner light becomes dim. Love ignites the divine light of the soul causing it to radiate all around you. As it shines the Godly qualities of the soul express themselves within the persons life. You are the cherisher of the light of your soul. It is through your own will that the light of God shines within you. |

Love creates a vibration, which produces a sound, that reflects a light. The light that manifests is seen by you during meditation. As your inner expression of love follows its course; as you sail your ship along its flow, God has placed His spiritual gifts at harbours. When your ship arrives the gifts will be loaded. Each time you reach a new port of call, the gifts are more exquisite. As you hold onto your inner expression of love and travel along is vibrational current you will eventually arrive here. It is in this place you receive knowledge and healing for the soul. Love reveals the door of light. Knowledge creates the pathway upon which you walk. A deeper love transforms that pathway bringing you new delights and your destination draws ever closer. Through the light we each must go as we harvest the seeds we find. |

SEEKING THE FACE OF GODSura 2 Verse 272 The Quran tells us to seek ye the face of God. Sura 24 Verse 35 This verse tell us God is the light of the heavens and the earth. When you put these verses together they bring a startling revelation to your mind. You can see God. He is not in some far distant place at the other end of the Galaxy directing traffic. God is up close and personal. God is right here, right now. You can make a direct connection with God through meditation. God presents Himself to you as the light of your soul. God comes to visit you. He comes into the Garden of your soul; removes the irregularities that arise and plants new growth within your garden. If you never visit this garden, when God comes to you, you will never know. In the Quran it says, “We are nearer to you than your Jugular Vein”. 5 minutes of inner meditation a day will bring the garden closer and reveal the planted seeds of wisdom. |

THE QURAN The quran is an ocean of great spiritual truths. Its verses so mulit-dimentional that they cover every experience as the soul makes its journey back to God. Its explains simultainously the spiritual and material pathways we travel upon and as each person reads it they take something from its verses and make it a part of their life’s journey. It talks of a pathway that takes you on an inner journey of self discovery. You begin to see how you can raise your consciousness unti it becomes stablised upon a river of thought activity that will sustain you in all your spiritual endeavours. |
